St. Thomas Aquinas Waives Application Fee, Offers Scholarships

1. Complete the Application for Admission Form and submit with Application Fee of $75 (waived for Founding Year applicants).
  • • Pick up Admission Package at the front office or download at www.staguam.com.
  • • Complete the Application for Admission Form.

    • 2. Provide the following documents:
    • • Student Photo
    • • Copy of Student's Birth Certificate
    • • Copy of most recent report card or transcript
    • • Copy of latest SAT 10 Report, if available

      • 3. Complete a Transcript Request Form and send or deliver to applicant’s previous school. Transcripts must be sent directly to St. Thomas Aquinas.

      • 4. A personal interview is required of all applicants. Interviews will be scheduled once the Application for Admission Form and Application Fee (waived for Founding Year applicants) are received and reviewed. We will contact each applicant with his, or her, designated date and time. There are limited slots per day so please keep your appointment.

      • 5. Visits and requests for campus tours are welcome during school hours.

      • 6. Complete entrance examinations. Examinations will also be scheduled.

      • 7. Teacher recommendations are a plus for admissions consideration.


      8. Parents of students interested in applying for a need-based scholarship must fill out the Parentsf Financial Statement form and provide St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic High School with a copy of a filed most recently completed calendar year Income Tax Return (Form1040, 1040A or 1040EZ) and schedules.

        Once accepted, the following items are required:

        • A. Enrollment Contract completed and signed.

        • B. Registration fee of $250.

        • C. Copy of immunization record indicating that vaccinations are current or student is on schedule with a catch up series. Please visit the US Department of Health and Human Services Center for Disease Control and Prevention website at http://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/recs/schedules/child-schedule.htm to

          • download a schedule.


        • D. Student Medical Information form indicating student has completed a physical examination and is signed by both physician and parents. Students who will participate in interscholastic sports are also required to submit the Student Athletic/Interscholastic Sports Form.
